After all results; Greece finished Group B in the first place and qualified to the final. Turkish U16 National Team had guaranteed to qualify to the final after group's second matches.

Kosovo 2-4 Slovakia
In the last match of Group A, Slovakia beat Kosova 4-2. The match was played in Altınordu Metin Oktay Facilities, Torbalı, İzmir and Slovakia's goals came from Sebastian Gembicky (Min. 3), David Strelec (Min. 16), Filip Nagy (Min. 66) and Samuel Datko (Min. 70) while Qendrim Zyba (Min. 21) and Besnik Koci'den (Min. 60) by penalty hit the target for Kosovo.
