Beach Soccer Referee and Observer Seminar was held in Seferihisar, İzmir, Turkey between 23-25 August 2013 under Turkish Football Federation Referee's Committee's organization with the participation of 24 referees, 4 referee observers and 2 referee mentor.

In the first day of the seminar; an education programme which is prepared by FIFA for beach soccer referees, was analyzed with the video footage from FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup with the participation of FIFA Futsal and Beach Soccer Coordinator Jesus Rubio Cano, TFF Referee's Committe Member Turgay Güdü, Referee Education Mentor Oğuz Sarvan and TFF Referee's Department Manager Burçin Keskin.

Besides; FIFA Futsal and Beach Soccer Coordinator Jesus Rubio Cano gave an information to referess about positioning in the field and match control during the game.

In the other days of the seminar, several issues were discussed which are field applications, changes in FIFA Beach Soccer Game Rules, request of FIFA from beach soccer referees, working sessions about position examples and new rules about observing of beach soccer referees,

After the seminar, TFF Referee's Department Manager Burçin Keskin said that beach soccer is developing in Turkey day-by-day and TFF Referee's Committee is giving an importance to referee's education in this direction.
