Turkish Football Federation President İbrahim Ethem Hacıosmanoğlu and TFF Deputy President, Executive Board Member Responsible for National Teams, FIFA and UEFA Relations Ceyhun Kazancı attended Extraordinary FIFA Congress 2024 held online to determine the countries that will host 2030 and 2034 FIFA World Cups.

It was decided at the congress that Portugal, Spain and Morocco will host 2030 FIFA World Cup, that 3 matches in the tournament will be played in Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay, and that Saudi Arabia will host the 2034 FIFA World Cup.

TFF General Secretary Abdullah Ayaz also served as a congress inspector in the elections to determine the hosts at FIFA Center in Zurich, Switzerland, where Extraordinary FIFA Congress 2024 was held.
