2014-15 UEFA U19 European Championship Elite Round, 2015-16 UEFA U19 European Championship Qualification Round and 2015-16 UEFA U17 European Championship Qualification Round Draw have been made in UEFA Headquarters, Nyon, Switzerland.
2014-15 UEFA U19 European Championship Elite Round
After 2014-15 UEFA U19 European Championship Elite Round Draw; Turkish U19 National Team has been in Group 1 alongside with Spain, Potugal and Georgia. Elite Round matches will be played in Georgia between 29 May-3 June 2015.
Spain, best-ranked team, directly qualified to the elite round which they combined with 13 group winners, the 13 runners-up and the best third-ranked team from the qualifying round. 28 participating associations into seven groups of four teams each in the elite round. After 2015-16 UEFA U19 European Championship Qualification Round Draw; Turkish U19 National Team has been in Group 5 alongside with Ukraine, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Azerbaijan. Elite Round matches will be played in Azerbaijan between 10-15 November 2015.
The 52 associations participating in the qualifying round are drawn into 13 groups of four teams. Spain, best-ranked team for this tournament, will directly qualify for the elite round, the 13 group winners, the 13 runners-up and the best third-ranked team from the qualifying round play the elite round. A draw for the elite round is conducted to place the 28 participating associations into seven groups of four teams each. Seven group winners will join the hosts Germany in finals which will be held in 2016.
