After the last week of 2011-2012 Spor Toto Super Final, Galatasaray took the championship of the season by drawing Fenerbahçe at away 0-0 and finished the league 3 points ahead of their rivals. Besides, Galatasaray had finished the regular season with 9 points ahead also.

After these results, Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe will join UEFA Champions League for the next season which Galatasaray will begin directly from the group stage.

Besides, Bursaspor, Ziraat Turkish Cup finalists, Trabzonspor, Spor Toto Super Final Championship Group Third and Besiktas, Spor Toto Super Final Championship Group Fourth will attend UEFA Europa League in the next season.
