TFF's the Extraordinary Meeting of General Assembly was held today at 11.00 in Sheraton Hotel, Ankara. 245 delegates attended the meeting. After the providence of majority was confirmed by official report, a council was built up under the presidency of Yalçın Karadeniz. The opening speech of TFF Vice President Lutfi Arıboğan is followed by the speech of TFF President Mehmet Ali Aydınlar.
 
Several club executives has spoken in order to discuss the motion of either the amendment or abolition of Article 58, which deals with the relegation of clubs found to have influenced or attempted to influence the matches of the leagues. In the voting of the motion, the majority of TFF delegates voted against the amendment or abolition of Article 58.
