The qualifying draw for EURO 2012 which will be co-hosted by Poland Ukraine, has been made in the Polish capital Warsaw today. Turkey were drawn alongside Germany, Austria, Belgium, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan in Group A

Qualifying matches will be played on Friday/Saturday or Tuesday between September 2010 - November 2011 within the dates coinciding with the international match calendar.
Teams who finish their groups at the top plus the one runner-up with the best record will qualify directly to the finals with co-hosts Poland and Ukraine. 8 runners-up will compete at two-legged play-off matches on 11/12 and 15 November 2011 to decide the final four teams who will go to the EURO 2012 finals.
