2011-12 UEFA European U19 Championship Elite Round and 2012-13 UEFA European U19 Championship Qualifying Round draws have been made in UEFA Headquarters, Nyon, Switzerland at today. TFF was represented by Metin Tunçer, TFF International Department Manager in these draws.
2011-12 UEFA European U19 Championship Elite Round DrawAfter the 2011-12 UEFA European U19 Championship Elite Round Draw, Turkey have been drawn with Greece, Denmark and Cyprus in Group 5 and the group matches will be played the dates between 23-28 May 2012 in Denmark. 28 teams are drawn into 7 groups of four teams in Elite Round and the seven group winners in this round will progress to the finals which will be held between 3-15 July 2012 with the joining hosts Estonia in the finals.
Turkey has reached to Elite Round by finishing Qualifying Round Group 9 in 2nd place between Georgia, Poland and Luxembourg.

2012-13 UEFA European U19 Championship Qualifying Round Draw:
Because of being in 3rd place of UEFA U19 National Team Coefficient Calculation for 2012/13 Season, Turkey have been given bye to Elite Round and did not enter the Qualifying Round Draw. 48 teams were drawn into 12 groups of four teams in Qualifying Round. The top two in each group and the third-placed team with the best record against the leading pair in their section progressing to Elite Round the along with Spain, Serbia and Turkey which are given byes as the sides with the highest coefficients. In Elite Round, 28 team will be drawn into 7 groups of four teams and the seven elite round group winners will join Lithuania in the final tournament which will be held in summer 2013.
