75th Congress of Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) was held in Asunción, the capital of Paraguay.

The congress took place with the participation of FIFA President Gianni Infantino, senior FIFA executives, and delegates from member associations. Representing Turkish Football Federation, TFF General Secretary Abdullah Ayaz and TFF Foreign Affairs and National Teams Executive Director Buğra İmamoğulları were in attendance.

During the congress, activities carried out in the previous year, financial statements, and committee reports were reviewed. The budgets for the current and upcoming years were thoroughly examined and approved following a vote. The congress concluded with the elections of Disciplinary Committee, Ethics Committee, Appeal Committee, and Governance, Audit and Compliance Committees.

Meanwhile, World Football Week -an initiative by FIFA to be celebrated for the first time from 21 to 25 May 2025- was introduced during Delegates Football Tournament held as part of 75th FIFA Congress in Paraguay. TFF General Secretary Abdullah Ayaz also took part in the tournament, representing Türkiye on the field.

World Football Week is an inaugural week of festivities to celebrate football's unique ability to connect people across places, cultures and languages. Under the theme 'Together, We Are Stronger,' individuals, teams, and organisations around the world are invited to play, watch, and celebrate football, highlighting the strength which exists in unity. World Football Week was given a platform at 75th FIFA Congress in Paraguay during Delegates Football Tournament.
