U21 National Team, coached by Abdullah Ercan, was defeated 4-3 by Sweden away in their 8th and last match of 2015 UEFA U21 European Championship Qualifying Group 7.

The match was played in Örjans Vall Stadium, Halmstad, Sweden and Turkey's goals came from Emrah Başsan (Min. 29), Kerim Koyunlu (Min. 84) and Enes Ünal (Min. 86) while Olsson's hat-trick (Min. 34, 58 and 71) and Hiljemark's last-minute goal (Min. 90+2) gave home side the win.

In the day's other match of the group; Greece beat Poland 3-1.

With these results; U21 National Team finished their group in 4th place and eliminated from the tournament.

In qualifying round; 52 teams are drawn into 8 groups of five teams and 2 groups of six teams which is total 10 groups. The ten group winners and four best-placed group runners-up qualified to Play-Offs.

14 teams in the Play-Offs will match each other with 7 match-ups. After the Play-Offs 7 match-up winners will progress to the finals on June 2015 by joining hosts Czech Republic.
