VAR Support application will be initiated in Trendyol Super League as of Matchday 28, Turkcell Super Cup match and Ziraat Turkish Cup Final as part of preparation for the next season. During the competition, a second video assistant referee, VAR Support system will be used in addition to the VAR, which is also applied in UEFA Champions League Final, UEFA Europa League Final and EURO 2020.

In the system in which a second video assistant referee will work behind the video assistant referees, the final decision will belong to the video assistant referee and 'VAR support' will only assist the VAR in finding the best angle by following the screen and confirming the criteria.
