Değerli futbolseverler,
Yeni bir başlangıç için 2018’in ilk millî
maçında bir kez daha güzide kentimiz
Antalya’da bulunmaktan duyduğum
memnuniyeti sizlerle paylaşmak
istiyorum.
MerhumMuhammed Ali, “Dostluk
okulda öğrenilen bir şey değildir. Ama
eğer dostluğun anlamını bilmiyorsanız
hiçbir şey öğrenmemişsiniz demektir”
der. Antalyalı futbolseverler, bugüne
kadar skor ne olursa olsun hep
ay-yıldızlıları destekleyerek millî
futbolcularımızın gerçek dostu
olduklarını ispat etti.
Millî futbolcularımızın da Antalyalı
futbolseverlerin samimi desteğine aynı
ruhla cevap vereceğinden eminim.
Ay-yıldızlı takımımızda da millî ruh,
Antalya’da yeniden yükselecektir.
Dostumuz İrlanda Cumhuriyeti Futbol
Federasyonu delegasyonu ve Millî
Takımı’na da “Türkiye’ye hoş geldiniz”
demek istiyorum. Umarım dostça ve
futbolun güzelliklerinin yaşandığı bir
maç olur. İki ülke futbol federasyonları
arasındaki örnek dostluğun bu maç
vesilesi ile daha da pekişeceğine
inancım tam.
Millî Takımımızın önce UEFA Uluslar
Ligi’nde, ardından UEFA EURO 2020’de
özlenen sonuçları almasını temenni
ediyorum. Teknik direktörümüz Mircea
Lucescu ve teknik heyetimizin yeni bir
takım kurma çabalarını takdirle izliyor,
tüm halkımızdan da gerekli desteği
vermesini diliyorum.

Dear fans,
I would like to express my gratitude
once again for being in our beautiful
city, Antalya, for a fresh start in the
first national match of 2018.
As Muhammad Ali said, “Friendship...
is not something you learn in school.
But if you haven't learned the meaning
of friendship, you really haven't
learned anything.” The people of
Antalya have proven to everyone that
they are the true friends of our players
by supporting the National Team no
matter what the score is.
There is no doubt that our players will
respond to the sincere support of the
people of Antalya with the exact same
spirit. Therefore, the National spirit will
rise again in Antalya.
I want to welcome our fellow friends;
the Delegation and the National Team
of Republic of Ireland Football
Federation. I hope it will be a friendly
match with all the beauties of football.
I have full faith that the friendship
between the two countries will
become much stronger after this
match.
Lastly, I hope our National Teamwill
get the results that we desire in the
UEFA Nations League and UEFA EURO
2020 qualifications. I’d like to
appreciate the efforts of our head
coach Mircea Lucescu and his staff on
building a new team and I hope that
our people will give the necessary
support to them as well.
