Değerli futbolseverler,
Her senenin ilk ayında
düzenlediğimizMercedes-Benz
Ege Kupası’nın bu yıl 18’incisi
gerçekleştiriyoruz.
Bu özel turnuva, gençlerimizle
birlikte her yeni yıla umut, dostluk
ve Fair Play ruhuyla başlamamıza
vesile oluyor. Federasyonumuzun
önemverdiği bu turnuvanın,
dünyanın her köşesinden,
yeteneklerini spor ahlakıyla
harmanlamış genç oyuncuların
yetiştirilmesi ve keşfedilmesinde
büyük katkısı bulunuyor. Dostça
rekabetin ve Fair Play ruhunun
sağlam temelleri bu turnuvada
atılıyor.
Bu yıl turnuvada ev sahibi Türkiye
ile birlikte, ilk kez katılan Kosova
ve Karadağ’ın da içlerinde
bulunduğu toplam6 ülkenin 16
yaş altı millî takımları buluşuyor.
Ege Kupası yine Ege’nin
misafirperverlik dolu sahalarında
gerçekleşecek.
Her sene olduğu gibi, bu yıl da
Mercedes-Benz’in isim
sponsorluğunda gerçekleşecek
olan turnuvanın dinamik ve
keyifli karşılaşmalara sahne
olacağına eminim. Bu vesile ile

This year, we are proudly
presenting the 18th edition of
Mercedes-Benz Aegean Cup,
organized in the first month of
every year since 1999. Together
with our young people, this
special tournament conduces us
to start each newyear with hope,
friendship and Fair Play.
Turkish Football Federation
attaches particular importance
to this tournament. Aegean Cup
contributes immensely to the
training and exploration of young
players fromall over theworld,
who have blended their talents
with sporting ethics. Friendly
competition and solid foundation
of the Fair Play spirit are
enhanced at this tournament.
This year, together with the host
Turkey, six U16 National Teams
will participate, including Kosovo
andMontenegro, who are
competing in the tournament for
the first time. The Aegean Cup
will again take place on the
Aegean’s hospitable pitches. I am
confident that the tournament
will be a dynamic and enjoyable
encounter scene for the name
sponsorship of Mercedes-Benz
like every year. With this; I thank
