INFRASTRUCTURE INSTALLATIONS WERE COMPLETED IN 20 SUPER LEAGUE STADIUMS

Semi-Automated Offside Technology, whose infrastructure and camera installations have been completed in the stadiums hosting Super League matches, tested and trained by Turkish Football Federation VAR Advisor Pawel Gill, MHK (Central Board of Referees) officials and referees, will begin to be used from matchday 20, which is the beginning of the second half of Trendyol Super League.

INVESTIGATION TIME OF 3 MINUTES WILL BE REDUCED TO SECONDS

Images of the football players scanned from 29 different points of their skeletal systems through cameras in the stadiums will be simultaneously delivered to VAR Center.

The image will be scanned in a very short time and will be examined by VAR of the match according to VAR protocol, the referee will be informed and will be able to make a decision. The decision made with the assistance of the image scanned by Semi-Automated Offside Technology will be shown to those watching the match through the broadcaster by creating a 3D animation.
