As the season ends in First, Second and Third Groups in Spor Toto 3.League; Büyükşehir Belediye Erzurumspor, Kastamonu 1966, Etimesgut Belediye Spor finished the season as champion in their groups and got promoted to Spor Toto 2. League. Furthermore, Ofspor A.Ş., Zonguldak Kömürspor and Niğde Belediyespor got promoted to Spor Toto 2. League via play-off matches.
