As part of UEFA Foundation for Children's 10th anniversary celebrations, boys and girls aged 8-12 who were impacted by Malatya earthquake came together for a special football event.

Organised jointly by Turkish Football Federation and UEFA Foundation for Children, the programme welcomed 120 youngsters living in container cities. The children enjoyed small-sided 3v3 and 4v4 matches and fun skill-drill circuits designed as educational games.

The activities took place at TFF Malatya Regional Representative Office's grounds and were attended by Battalgazi Deputy Mayors İsmet Sarıgül and Metin Ünlü, Malatya Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Ebu Bekir Kayhan, and TFF Malatya Regional Representative Işılay Çalışkan.

Local officials, academics, NGO leaders and coaches also joined the event, during which every participant child received a national team jersey as a gift.

Marking the 10th anniversary of the UEFA Foundation for Children -a key partner of the TFF- the on-pitch sessions ran for two full days under the guidance of volunteer coaches.
