Turkey Under-21 national team have lost 3-1 to Switzerland at home in their 2011 UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifying match played at Trabzon Hüseyin Avni Aker Stadium.
 
Stocker put the Swiss side ahead with his double on 8 and 43 minutes before Caner Erkin pulled one back for Turkey on 51 minutes. Gashi's strike one minute from time ensured the 3-1 Switzerland victory in the game.
 
In the other fixtures of Group 2, Georgia held Republic of Ireland at home with a 1-1 result, whereas Armenia held Estonia with the same score. Switzerland went four points clear at the top, while Turkey remained on second place with 9 points also with a game in hand.
